Harlem Bespoke: A fixer-upper at 33 Mount Morris Park West sold in January for $3.125 million and now the fully renovated neighbor is in contract based on a $6.45 million asking. Manhattan townhouses for under $10 million are doing well this year and it appears that uptown's brownstone neighborhoods are being noticed. Some might remember that these matching home were originally up on market together as a package deal for $27 million back in 2019 but the more current separate pricing is definitely more realistic in comparison. There is a ton of restored original details within and updated higher end finishes which helped make the massive 24-foot wide home stand out. The Mount Morris Park Historic District has always been one of the most sought after neighborhood in Harlem and this future sale will be the highest one on record in the past decade.
