Halloween Nail Art: Pillsbury Halloween Cookie Nail Art

 Press Sample

Every year, I get nervous around Halloween. What if I have no original ideas? Will it be okay to redo an old Halloween manicure I love? Then somehow I figure it out, for the most part. Well, today, I am just obsessed with this look! I cannot believe how good they came out, so let's take a look.

Frankly, I cannot believe it took me 12 years of this blog before I did the iconic Pillsbury cookies! Every year, these cookies are the easiest way to do some festive Halloween baking. I actually do not remember the last time I bought them, but I did pull up pictures and compare my nails to the cookie design and I think I was spot on. Even the colors are perfect!

I originally was going to do the cookie color as my base but my darling said that would not look cool. So he suggested something opposite the actually cookie print color. PERFECT. And then sparkles to offset the cremes. YES!

  • Orange base: Stella Chroma The Ides of Autumn
  • Purple base: Stella Chroma Ghost
  • Cookie base: Dare to Wear French Vanilla
  • Orange: Jessica Cosmetics Sahara Sun
  • Purple: Zoya Skipper
  • Green: Barry M Spring Green

This looked awesome in all lighting so here it is inside in normal lighting. I cannot tell you how many people grabbed my nails and went, omg, are those the famous cookies!? Why yes, yes they are! They could not believe I handpainted them. Plus, I love how the sparkles offset the creme colors of the cookie.

Seriously, I love these so much, I want to put them back on for Halloween! Have you eaten these cookies before?
